Navigating Elastic Mail for Resellers


INTEGRATING ELASTIC MAIL SERVER TO TERMII

Step 1: Login to Elastic Mail accounts

              

Step 2: Select “I WANT TO GET MY APIKEY” 







Step 3: Click on "SMTP/API"





Step 4: After clicking "SMTP/API", a pop up box will appear. Select "Continue" in the box




Step 5: Select "Show"


 
Step 6: Tick the check box and click on "Confirm" to view your API Key




Step 7: Login to Termii or your enterprise platform


Step 8: Click on sending > select sending server


Step 9: Select add server

Step 10: Select preferred server (Elastic Mail)

 

Step 11: Fill required information & Save

 

RENEWING YOUR ELASTIC MAIL ACCOUNT

Renewing your Elastic Mail account is fast and easy. All you need is a valid debit card and your billing information.

Step 1: Login to your Elastic Mail account


Step 2: On your dashboard, click on "Billings"




Step 3: Select plan





Step 4:
 Add card details and click the "Billing information" to fill in your information to complete renewal Elastic Email Account



NB: Ensure your card details is the same as what you used to register your bank account, also your card name must match the name on your debit card.
